Corporate Security Specialist – Full Time

Rate: $34.48/HR

What Your Day May Look Like:

• Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
• Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
• Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written witness reports.

Position Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older. 
• High School Diploma or GED Required. 
• Associate’s degree OR 2 years of honorable military service (Proof of experience required upon on-boarding).
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift. 
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.
• Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic.
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for state of assignment (WA) and insurable driving record.
• Must have a reliable means of communication.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation.
• Must have 2 years of security, customer service, or hospitality experience - Work experience in the security industry, public service (police, fire), or military is desired.
