Title: Embrace U PRN Program Therapist

Locations: Brentwood, TN and Mt. Juliet, TN- Onsite

Patient Population: Adolescents ages 10-18

Program Type: IOP and PHP

Pay: Up to $40/hour based on experience

Hours: The PRN Therapist will fill in during the absence of the full-time therapist. Business hours are Mon-Fri 10:00a-6:30p. No minimum shifts are required, but you have to be available on week days for this role.

Embrace U is an evidence-based, outpatient therapy provider designed to help people ages 10-18 gain control over the symptoms of a mental illness. 

The Program Therapist provides therapeutic services to adolescent patients utilizing group, individual, and family therapy sessions in an intensive outpatient environment. They work within a small, interdisciplinary team with a focus on quality patient care and provision of services ordered by a physician. The Therapist documents all completed services in compliance with provided standards and regulations and is thorough with details and organization.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited graduate school of social work or master’s degree in other counseling-related fields. required
• Licensure: License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state. May include LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc. preferred. Must be working towards independent licensure.
• Certification: Must meet any applicable state certification standards. required
• Two to three years of clinical experience with the adolescent population preferred
