Salary: $75K - $80K, dependent on experience

Job Purpose of Position:

Provides administrative support to the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer and interfaces with other executive staff members as needed. Entrusted to oversee highly confidential information often critical in nature. Interfaces with high-level internal/external contacts requiring considerable discretion, diplomacy, and initiative. Assists with Board meetings, special projects and creates reports to support the COO. Provides support of Hampton Golf’s commitment to excellent customer service by facilitating communication and relationship-building with our Membership, Clients and Management team.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer in a professional manner, maintaining the confidentiality of the business of the Office.
  • Coordinate and monitor the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer calendar of meetings and events, setting and confirming appointments.
  • Draft correspondence in a professional manner an array of topics based on the direction of the General Manager/COO.
  • Prepare and attend meetings with the General Manager/COO providing meeting materials in advance, meeting arrangements, agenda production and the writing of minutes. Transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings as required.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for Board Meetings or within our Club Portfolio based on the direction of the General Manager/COO.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including hotel reservations and the purchase of airline tickets. Create and maintain the schedule for all trips including meetings, logistics, and events.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting rooms and materials for all meetings involving the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer.
  • Assist all departments with marketing requests, ensure all requests are filled out correctly, double check all current marketing for correct information.
  • Manage social media accounts for the Club, crafting engaging content to showcase our events, promotions, and golf course highlights.
