What WE VALUE
To excel as our Quality Assurance Manager at Carbliss, a strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and Regulatory Affairs is a must, along with proficiency in ERP, Word Processing, and Spreadsheet software. Your well-rounded knowledge of CPG manufacturing will guide your process-oriented problem-solving approach, as you adopt Root Cause and Corrective Action methodologies like a pro! Being analytical and having solid decision-making skills are crucial, especially when juggling multiple assignments. You'll need the finesse to protect sensitive information while communicating effectively across all levels and teams.
Familiarity with warehouse and transportation management systems will set you apart, and your mastery of Microsoft Office-especially Excel-will help keep everything organized. Plus, your ability to work independently, prioritize, and adapt to various business needs will ensure you shine in this adventurous role!
