It's a good .&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Head Trader eFX Spot \- Associate\-Director&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>As an Associate\-Director in the FX \&amp; DA Trading department, you will be in charge of the eFX Spot team. Reporting directly to the Head Spot Vice\-Director, you will supervise the operational activities and manage people in accordance with your senior management.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Key responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Team Management:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Leading and supporting the eFX Spot team:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Fostering a positive work atmosphere where employees feel motivated, valued, and connected to the team and the organization.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Promoting collaboration, trust, and cohesion among team members.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Addressing any potential conflicts among team members to your senior management and/or HR Partner&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Supporting employee growth through training, mentorship, coaching, and advancement opportunities.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Hiring:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Leading the recruitment process with your Talent Acquisition Partner&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Ensuring new hires are properly introduced to the team, the organization, its culture, policies, and their specific roles.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Performance Management: Setting performance expectations, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any performance issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Conducting under performance process with the help of your Senior Management and HR Partner.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Operational duties:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Own the realized risk and PnL&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Ensure successful and compliant operations&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Monitor orders, trades, overall market conditions, news flow, real\-time risk and PnL&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Fine\-tune price construction, execution and risk management production systems&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Monitor the overall client activity and ensure flow quality, as well as smooth client trading experience&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Maintain a gainful network of hedging counterparties and market venues&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Analyze results, identify and drive improvements&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Data analysis: Use internal analytical tools and your own quantitative capabilities to draw data\-driven conclusions, suggest actions, deliver reporting&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Documentation: maintain up\-to\-date operational procedures and ensure compliance&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Collaborating: Be a reference point for Sales, Software Engineers, IT colleagues and other internal teams&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Project Management: Contribute to product development and infrastructure improvements&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Monitoring: team's capacity allocation&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Qualifications&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Minimum 8 years' experience in sell\-side electronic FX trading&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Previous experience in a leadership role is a strong advantage&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Deep understanding of market (micro)structure&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Deep understanding of client needs (both retail and institutional segments) and the competition landscape&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Proficient in transforming large data sets into actionable insights&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks in a deadline\-driven environment&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Excellent interpersonal skills, results\-oriented, team player&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Excellent communication and presentation skills jpid00877bajm jit0729jm jiy26jm
