What you'll do
As a Senior Recruiter, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor and the primary architect of the Sales hiring funnel. You won't just manage a lifecycle; you will lead the charge in identifying, attracting, and closing high-impact sales professionals who drive Docusign’s revenue growth. You will operate as a high-visibility individual contributor, blending data-driven sourcing strategies with sophisticated candidate relationship management to ensure we don’t just fill seats, but elevate our sales performance bar.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Responsibility
Act as a consultative partner to Sales Leadership, providing real-time market intelligence, talent mapping, and diversity insights to influence hiring decisions and headcount planning
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-impact Sales roles (including AE, SE, and Leadership), from initial discovery sessions to complex offer negotiations and closing
Identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and leverage TA metrics to drive continuous improvements in Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, and Diversity Slate health
Build deep, diverse talent benches through creative outbound sourcing, networking, and industry-specific research for both current and future expansion needs
Deliver a white-glove candidate experience that mirrors the Docusign brand, ensuring every applicant—regardless of outcome—becomes a brand advocate
Navigate the closing ecosystem by collaborating seamlessly with HRBPs, Compensation, Legal, and Immigration teams to build competitive, equitable, and compliant offer packages
Partner with Marketing to amplify our Sales value proposition, helping to position Docusign as the premier destination for top-tier SaaS sales talent globally
Job Designation
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.
Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring
Basic
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical work experience
8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience successfully hiring quota-carrying sales professionals and understanding the nuances of sales compensation structures
Preferred
Expert-level proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, social engineering) and a hunter mindset for finding passive talent
Demonstrated ability to manage up, challenge hiring managers when necessary, and guide interview teams toward objective, competency-based hiring decisions
Natural penchant for data and ability to translate recruiting metrics into actionable stories for executive leadership
High proficiency with the modern recruiter stack, including iCIMS (or similar enterprise ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem/TopFunnel, and Google Workspace
Ability to pivot quickly in a volatile market while maintaining a rigorous attention to detail and a bias for action
SaaS or high-growth tech industry experience
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $132,700.00 - $206,800.00 base salary
Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $126,500.00 - $173,900.00 base salary
