Data Engineer

AFS is seeking a Data Engineer to provide data analytics expertise and to develop and provide training for military officers. This person will train them how to prepare data for operational or analytical use by designing, building, and maintaining the systems that collect, store, and analyze data.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, qualify on, and deliver in-residence cyberspace operations course materials (lessons and laboratories) consistent with the principles of Instructional Systems Design (ISD), and aligned to 319 CTS instructions, security classification guides, and other guidance as identified
- Interface with internal and external cyber agencies as required to update and maintain a state-of-the-art training program regarding cyber tactics, tools, and exploits
- Coordinate instructional activities with the Contract Task Lead and government personnel
Here’s what you need:
- 6 years’ experience in Bash, CLI, or PowerShell scripting and Python language
- 6 years’ experience in general cyberspace operations
- 2 years’ experience with networking, Linux, Windows
- Possess working knowledge of and experience with Cyber operational-level command and control constructs
- Skilled communicator, experienced in providing platform instruction to an academically diverse audience
Bonus points if you have:
- Completion of Air Force Instructor Course or similar joint/civilian instructor course
Security Clearance:
- Active or current Top-Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
