Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the vital link between trucking professionals and their insurance needs. Your role will involve managing policy changes, communicating with carriers, and ensuring our clients’ coverage remains up-to-date and comprehensive. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails regarding insurance policy modifications
- Process and communicate policy change requests to insurance carriers
- Manage multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks efficiently
- Accurately document customer interactions and policy updates in our agency management system
- Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely processing of policy changes
- Assist in administrative tasks related to policy management and customer service
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends and insurance products to serve our clients better
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts (comprehensive training will be provided)
- Proficiency in email communication and computer skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Adaptability to learn new software systems and technologies
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field is a plus
