Facility Maintenance Associate Feed Mill

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our feed production facility clean, organized, and running safely.

• Stack and organize feed bags, pallets, and inventory in the warehouse to ensure safe and efficient storage.

• Keep aisles, storage racks, and common areas clean, clear, and well-organized.

• Remove dust buildup from floors, walls, ceilings, equipment, and hard-to-reach areas using vacuums, blowers, and other tools.

• Maintain strict cleanliness standards in compliance with feed safety and regulatory guidelines

• Assist in general facility upkeep and minor maintenance tasks as needed.

• Support operational teams by creating a clean and hazard-free working environment.

• Comfortable working in dusty, loud environments.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
