🌐 Senior Service Manager – Network Services Are you an experienced Service Manager with a strong background in Network Services and IT Service Management? We are looking for a senior consultant to lead, govern, and continuously improve business-critical network services. 🚀 About the Role In this assignment, you will be responsible for the lifecycle, performance, governance, and continuous improvement of Network Services. You will work closely with business stakeholders, service delivery teams, and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with business needs and agreed service levels. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain service roadmaps for Network Services Support service governance and service lifecycle management Monitor and improve service performance through KPIs and SLAs Coordinate service delivery with internal teams and external suppliers Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and governance activities Drive continuous service improvements and automation initiatives Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial follow-up Ensure compliance with relevant information security and regulatory requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service quality and operational performance ✅ Required Qualifications University degree in a relevant field 3–7 years of experience in Service Management, IT Operations, Infrastructure Services, or Network Services Strong knowledge of ITSM and service lifecycle management Experience managing suppliers, vendors, contracts, and governance Experience with portfolio management Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Proven experience working with KPIs and SLAs Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent English, both written and spoken ⭐ Preferred Experience Experience working with outsourced IT service delivery models. 👤 Who You Are You are analytical, structured, and proactive, with a strong delivery focus.
