<h2><b>Your new job includes</b></h2>
<p>As an intern in our family-run company, you will provide conceptual and organizational support to our Learning & Development team in the areas of personnel development and continuing education. In particular you will<br/>
• coordinate trainings and other development measures<br/>
• be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of in-house seminars as well as for room and material management <br/>
• be involved in the conception and creation of e-learnings and take over the maintenance of training overviews and statistics<br/>
• help organize the regular Welcome Days for new employees as part of the onboarding process <br/>
• assist with the regular employee surveys <br/>
• independently supervise smaller projects within the range of the Learning & Development team </p>
<h2><b>Preferred Profile</b></h2>
<p>• Degree in psychology, business administration or a humanities discipline with a focus on personnel development / adult education<br/>
• The enthusiasm to learn about the offerings of modern personnel development and to help shape them together with the team <br/>
• A quick perception, good organizational skills, as well as a structured and independent way of working<br/>
• Enjoy creating and advancing projects on your own and contributing your own ideas <br/>
• A service-oriented, committed and communicative way of working <br/>
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken </p>
