The Team Lead of Walmart Category Management for Philips North America will guide, coordinate and set the strategy for the efforts of omnichannel category management at this retailer.
Your role:
- Lead the implementation and management of the Walmart Luminate charter tool for the Philips team. This will include partnering with the Walmart Luminate account team to set up the data hierarchies, train employees, develop relevant reporting, apply insights and communicate results regularly to Walmart and the Philips organization.
- Partner with the Category Management Director to expand usage of Luminate to relevant departments in Philips that can bring value to Walmart and total Philips with the insights gained from the tool.
- Stay engaged with Luminate share groups that are sharing best practices of applications of the tool.
- Lead category management efforts for the Oral Health Care category at Walmart.
- Provide omnichannel category management and strategic selling support to the Philips team on the Walmart business. This includes analysis for assortment, pricing, promotion and shelf layout.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience working with large data sets involving both brick & mortar and e-commerce information in a consumer packaged goods and/or retailer setting.
- Your skills include experience with Walmart Luminate – preferably extensive hands-on knowledge of the various components of the resource and examples of how insights were used to make a business case.
- You have a Bachelor Degree required; MBA strongly preferred
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You’re an expert in manipulating and interpreting secondary data and unstructured data sources. Ability to recognize how disparate sets of data can connect to create a story.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Arkansas is $104,000 to $177,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
