Field Quality Engineer

We're looking for an exceptional Field Quality Engineer to drive the quality of Aescape systems in the field. You will be responsible for managing the assessment, investigation, reporting, and improvement of quality of Aescape systems in the field as we revolutionize the massage therapy industry. This is an on-site Manhattan-based position reporting to the Head of Quality and Safety.

What You’ll Do 

As a Field Quality Engineer at Aescape you will:

• Develop and implement Field Quality processes.

• Run Field Failure Analysis process including Early Field Failure Analysis.

• Work cross-functionally to prioritize and implement required mitigations.

• Ensure investigations and corrective actions are on track.

• Technical support in investigations of issues.
  

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for the Field Quality Engineering Lead should have:

• 3 or more years of experience in driving Quality within a Consumer Hardware organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science field.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skillset in driving quality improvements.

• Good understanding of Field Quality processes.

• Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting strategy and status of activity.

• Detail-oriented with a good project management skill set.

• Collaborative and able to form partnerships across the organization to drive quality.
