Our company is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an experienced commercial sheet metal shop foreman in our East Granby, CT location.  Job Skills Required: Ability to operate shop equipment (i.e. Pittsburgh lock former, air hammer, notcher, brake, plasma cutter, shear, etc.)

• Fabricate ductwork from field cut sheets
• Entering fittings from cut sheet to plasma
• Ability to plan, layout, measure fittings for HVAC duct work systems
• Must have working knowledge of all trade materials and tools (snips, hammer, cordless drill, and hand tools)
• Ability to supervise and delegate responsibilities to other employees in the shop who will assist in fabrication
• Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Forklift certificate preferred

Job Type:  Full-time, Monday through Friday
