About the role
<h3>Job Description</h3><p>You will report and support the Finance Excellence Centre Manager with various tasks for all operational activities in the Nordic finance shared service function.</p><p>Your role will be a jack-of-all-trades within the finance function, supporting with daily tasks (such as reporting, consolidation and analysis of financial information) as well as being a project manager in driving improvements within the function.</p><p>We value the studies and interests you bring with you, and will try to mould this role to fit your long term aspirations and academic interests!</p><p><strong>Responsibilities / Key activities</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting the Nordic Finance Excellence Centre in providing world class execution of financial service to the organisation</li><li>Be part of the accounting process and take full responsibility for some of the key reporting tasks</li><li>Support the AP team in managing payments</li><li>Be a temporary cover for anyone that is absent in the team</li><li>Working together with the FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team in optimizing Nordic Finance processes and reports</li><li>Other ad hoc tasks</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>The ideal candidate is:</p><ul><li>Actively studying a relevant Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree with minimum 1,5 years left</li><li>Prepared to work based in Copenhagen</li><li>Fluent in English, verbal and in writing – a Nordic language is a benefit but not a requirement</li><li>Detail oriented</li><li>Highly driven and agile</li><li>Good at prioritizing and will take full responsibility for the tasks</li></ul><ul><li>Thriving in interacting with the whole organization</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>The expected working hours are 15 hours/week.<br/>
