Schedule: 4-Day Work Week | Union Role (Teamsters)
Travel: Multi-state (PA, MD, DE, VA, NJ, NY)

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport dairy and beverage products to Wawa stores across multiple states.

• Complete 10 stops per route and handle approximately 1,000 cases per shift.

• Perform DOT-certified pre- and post-trip inspections.

• Unload products and stock them in designated areas at each store.

• Reload empty milk crates for return to the warehouse.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams.

• Follow OSHA and company safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Valid Class A CDL and ability to meet DOT and Wawa driving requirements

• 3+ years of commercial driving experience

• Experience with on-board computer systems (Xata preferred)

• Ability to:

  • Pull up to 250 lbs repeatedly

  • Lift up to 70 lbs

  • Maneuver heavy loads safely in tight spaces

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to safety

What to Expect

• Consistent Schedule: 4-day work week (four 10-hour shifts: 2 on, 1 off, 2 on)

• Rare Overnight Travel: Occasional trips to Virginia

• Overtime: Typically 10–15%
