POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Detailed Production Schedule Sr. Specialist, we will rely on your expertise to be an integral part of our project team. Your responsibilities will include acquiring knowledge about key roles, establishing and defining roles and responsibilities within the new scheduling tool, developing training materials, conducting training sessions for end users, and actively participating in factory go-lives. By working together, we will drive efficiency and excellence in our production processes.

 

• Participate and lead workshops during all project stages (Early Engagement, Assess/Map/Match, Test and Train, Localize)
• Conduct fact-finding activities during non-workshop weeks Review and update existing training materials for OMP to align with Purina standards for adult learners
• Prepare and actively participate in Go-Live and Hypercare activities at each site
• Monitor and improve training methods and delivery for ongoing enhancement
• This position offers the flexibility of hybrid work

 

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 
• 1+ year experience working in logistics, supply chain, demand planning, or related field. 
• Must be willing to travel 25-50% of the time

 

Other

• Experience in factory detailed scheduling preferred
• Resource Planning (ERP, SAP, OMP, Net Suite) knowledge or exposure preferred
• Strong digital tool skills such as Microsoft office suite preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $76,000 to $109,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
