Project Coordinator - Community Relations - Providence Anchorage

Works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude projects. Provides a broad range of administrative support for programs within the population health division. Duties include coordinating schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results. The Project Coordinator is accountable for ensuring that project work, budgeting and correspondence is performed efficiently and accurately. Excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of database and project management software required.

Position is Part Time, 0.5 FTE, Day Shift, 20 hours per week. Located onsite at Providence Regional Building in Anchorage, Alaska!

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in a health, business or administrative field.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
