Supervisor, Park Quality

What you get to do:

• Supervise and develop an assistant supervisors and the PQ team. Primary focus is to maximize park presentation through efficiency and effectiveness of work while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Execute common tasks for PQ including: restroom cleanliness, assigned facility cleanliness, respective detail assignments and miscellaneous custodial tasks.
• Ensure proper training and compliance with department scheduling, time-keeping, equipment use, PPE, and cleaning chemicals.
• Enforce all safety, park, and department policies at all times.
• Responsible for team member compliance and development
• Coordinate cleaning schedule with team to satisfy work requests and minimize disruption of operation.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

What it takes to succeed:

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, holidays, early mornings and late evenings.
• Must have supervisory experience, Park Operations or Park Quality experience preferred
• Knowledge of custodial and floor care equipment preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid drivers license
