About the Opportunity
We’re exploring future leadership opportunities at Flagship Restaurant Group and are seeking experienced, driven, and hospitality-minded General Managers who are open to new challenges. While this role is not tied to one specific brand or location, we want to connect with exceptional operators who are interested in joining our growing team when the right opportunity arises.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, plus bonus potential and a strong benefits package.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record as a General Manager in a full-service or fast-paced restaurant environment

• Solid background in financial operations, including profit and loss, labor, and inventory management

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams

• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

• A growth mindset — adaptable, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented

• Event management experience a plus
