As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and on-site execution.
- Create and oversee marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development of promotional content for social media, email, and other marketing channels.
- Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and events team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of events, from planning to execution.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and campaigns.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and event outcomes.
- Assist in the management of budgets, timelines, and project plans.
- Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends for events.
