We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and innovative Peer Recovery Support Specialists to join our Mobile Crisis Response Team. Together, we provide hope and stability in times of uncertainty, all while fostering recovery and resilience.
Some Key Duties:
- Deliver timely, in-person, and telehealth support for individuals of all ages in crisis.
- Assist individuals in developing safety plans, accessing resources, and building their recovery journey.
- Work closely with families, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams to create lasting solutions.
- Champion client strengths, support self-sufficiency, and foster connections within their community.
- Participate in outreach, training, and adherence to best practices that elevate the standard of care.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- ODMHSAS Peer Recovery Support Specialist Certification (required).
- At least 3 years in crisis intervention management.
- Strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Word and intermediate general computer skills.
- A passion for helping others with the ability to travel locally and meet productivity guidelines.
- A valid Oklahoma driver’s license, dependable transportation, and auto liability insurance.
