Peer Recovery Specialist Mobile Crisis Responder Level 2 (66279)

Some Key Duties:

• Deliver timely, in-person, and telehealth support for individuals of all ages in crisis.
• Assist individuals in developing safety plans, accessing resources, and building their recovery journey.
• Work closely with families, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams to create lasting solutions.
• Champion client strengths, support self-sufficiency, and foster connections within their community.
• Participate in outreach, training, and adherence to best practices that elevate the standard of care.

Qualifications:

• ODMHSAS Peer Recovery Support Specialist Certification (required).
• At least 3 years in crisis intervention management.
• Strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Word and intermediate general computer skills.
• A passion for helping others with the ability to travel locally and meet productivity guidelines.
• A valid Oklahoma driver’s license, dependable transportation, and auto liability insurance.

This is a community-based role requiring travel and a high degree of autonomy. As an essential worker, you may occasionally work holidays, weekends, or during office closures.
