Be part of an extraordinary life!  We are currently seeking an outstanding Quality of Life Specialist/Resident Assistant to join our team.     SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Construction Worker is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the renovations department. Conducting under supervisor direction, construction-related tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, form setting, etc.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Performs construction-related duties such as: form setting, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and excavations.
• Operates company truck for the purpose of transporting workers, construction materials, and light equipment.
• Performs general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs.
• Completes assigned work orders daily according to work order system policy.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required 
• One (1) year experience working in construction
