RN - Evening and Night Shift

As an RN on our team, your presence during the evening and night hours offers comfort and stability when residents need it most. This is a time of meaningful change for our team, and we’re seeking nurses who want to be part of creating something better—ensuring each shift is filled with compassion, connection, and calm leadership.

Shifts Available: 3pm-11:30pm & 11pm-7:30am

 
RN Qualifications:

Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
Experience in long-term care preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
Ability to make independent decisions
