Our Customer Service Manager offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by leading and motivating their team and developing loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Answers customers' questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
• Empowering your team with the tools, training, and day-to-day support they need to deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
• Oversees the daily operations of the customer service department.

 

What You'll Bring:

• A four-year college degree preferred plus five years of customer service experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
