Customer Master Specialist (Contract)

Role + Responsibilities  

• Execute and develop processes that lead to accurate customer master data. 
• Own the fulfillment of new customer requests. 
• Lead and execute ongoing maintenance of existing data. 
• Use structured analysis methods to understand business challenges and drive technical solutions. 
• Train key users and maintain knowledge within the organization. 

Qualification + Profile  

• Associates degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience in SAP, Salesforce.com or other relevant tools 
• Must be able to communicate and delegate comfortably with all levels of the business 
• Troubleshooting skills and a logical mind 
• Ability to analyze and prioritize 
• Travel rarely – Some potential travel to Regional Center locations or European office locations 

Contract Position Details 

• 3 month contract position  
• Pay rate will be $25 per hour
• Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
