Job Description
Job Purpose:
Realty One Group Affiliates, LLC (ROGA) is the franchise unit of Realty ONE Group, the fifth largest real estate brokerage in the United States, offering comprehensive training, recruiting and marketing support to a team of 18,000 sales professionals in 400+ locations across 49 states and 11 countries.
The primary role of the Lead Generation Specialist is vital to contribute to the growth and success of Realty ONE Group’s Affiliates Division. This includes prospecting via outbound phone calls, generating and qualifying leads, marketing to and engaging prospects, and scheduling appointments for prospects to meet with the franchise sales team to achieve growth-oriented objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Develop sources and identify target lists of future franchise owners by conducting industry and market research on potential prospects.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and various other communication methods to communicate the company's value proposition and solution offerings.
- Qualify leads during the initial prospecting conversation with the goal of scheduling discovery call meetings with the sales team.
- Communicate initial qualifying call summaries and any identified potential issues to the sales team, and coordinate ongoing prospecting efforts.
- Utilize CRM database in FranConnect to track and manage leads and candidate status in the sales process and engage inactive and active prospects.
- Manage and nurture a prospect pipeline of inbound and active leads, while engaging and requalifying inactive leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing prospects by following up consistently on sales opportunities, answering questions about the franchisee process, and providing excellent service.
- Research missing lead data and obtain market insight on target real estate brokerages, teams, and top producing agents to build Prospect Profile summaries.
- Report weekly sales goals and metrics data to leadership.
- Support the Franchise Sales team with various administrative tasks, report generation, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2+ years of Outbound Call Center, Appointment Setting, Phone Sales, or Lead Generation experience is required.
- Comfortable with proactively cold-calling prospects via phone, email, and in person.
- Real estate experience preferred and/or franchise sales experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with commercial CRM systems such as FranConnect.
- Experience in leveraging social media applications (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to promote interest and engagement.
- Stellar oral and written communication abilities with strong presentation skills in a virtual & in-person setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and metric-driven environment with little supervision.
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
- Strong organization and time management; ability to prioritize multiple activities concurrently.

Additional Information
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
The Lead Generation Specialist will have prolonged periods of sitting in front of a desk and working on a computer and may be required to lift up to 15 pounds at times. This is primarily a sedentary office classification.
