<table id="public_fields"> <tbody> <tr class="info-row"> <td class="info-cell">&nbsp;</td> </tr> <tr class="info-row"> <td class="info-cell"> <div data-react-class="JobInfo.LabelWithTooltip" data-react-props="{&quot;labelTextKey&quot;:&quot;edit_job_info.how_to_sell.label&quot;,&quot;tooltipKey&quot;:&quot;edit_job_info.how_to_sell.tooltips&quot;}"> <p><strong>General Summary&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The Producing Branch Manager ‘s primary job functions are to effectively recruit, coach, manage, and motivate a high-performance origination team and support staff while also developing personal production.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Branch Manager is also responsible for the day-to-day originations activities of their branch(s) and overall origination processes within defined targeted goals.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The primary job duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Promote Envoy’s products to Real Estate Agents, Home Buyers, other lead sources and all referral sources</li> <li>Provide leadership for all branch employees by always adhering to the highest ethics, fair and equal treatment of all employees, business partners, and loan applicants.</li> <li>Acts as a mentor to Mortgage Loan personnel to improve their knowledge of policies and procedures, loan programs, investor guidelines</li> <li>Keeps abreast of changes to company policies and procedures, secondary market investors and changes in Federal regulations pertaining to mortgages</li> <li>Must have working knowledge of applicable federal regulations</li> <li>Work closely with the Senior Management, to be innovative in terms of new origination opportunities</li> <li>Manage Branch revenue and expenses to meet the Company’s objectives</li> <li>Procure new loan applications that result in funded loans</li> <li>Adhere to all Envoy standards, including, but not limited to production minimums and customer service</li> <li>Stay current on personal finance principles in order to offer comprehensive mortgage advice to clients</li> <li>Monitor processes and communicate effectively with the borrower and all other parties to transactions on the status of loans</li> <li>Stay current with required continuing education, new products, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae guidelines, Envoy guidelines and overlays, and HUD guidelines</li> <li>Ensure all marketing is performed in a manner that is compliant</li> <li>Ensure maintenance of a current license to perform Origination duties within their assigned
