Redwood Materials was founded in 2017 to create a circular supply chain for electric vehicles and clean energy products, making them more sustainable and driving down the cost for batteries. We’re doing this by developing and deploying new technologies to increase the scope and scale of recycled and sustainable materials in the global battery supply chain.

Business Systems Analyst 

 We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst to support our Operations and Finance teams within our Enterprise Applications landscape. The Analyst will help deploy new capabilities, onboard and train business users, troubleshoot system integration and/or functionality issues, gather, document and track business requirements and timelines, and perform data analyses to inform stronger decision making within both the Business and IT verticals.  

 Responsibilities will include:  

• Partner with cross functional teams to discover business needs and drive the deployment, training and maintenance of system capability enhancements.  
• Work within the Business Systems team to prioritize, document and track business requirements and deployment activities.  
• Support the business in Process mapping and system capability timeline development. 
• Troubleshoot reported issues within Redwood’s applications ecosystem and work with the team to identify root causes and deploy fixes/enhancements. 
• Support Business Application team with Process mapping, data analysis, internal tool development, ad-hoc analytics requests, Quality assurance and end to end system testing. 

 Desired Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or any related field. 
• 2+ years of digital enterprise systems implementation and maintenance experience and/or 2+ years building custom applications to support manufacturing, engineering, supply chain or finance business verticals.  
• Experience in business Process mapping and program management a plus. 
• Experience with Oracle Fusion a plus. 
• Experience with Analytics, Business Intelligence. SQL and Tableau experience a strong plus. 
• Self-motivated, hands-on mindset, with a willingness to contribute at all levels. 
• A passion for sustainability and making the world a better place! 

 

The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
