Position Description & Requirements POSITION SUMMARY:The Radiology Partners IT Team is seeking a driven, visionary and strategic IT Imaging Services (IIS) Optimization Senior Director to lead the transformation and continuous improvement of our IT systems, processes, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate would be responsible for driving resource utilization across the operational IT Optimization Team. Their goal would be to prioritize work on the critical problems, projects and requests. The Senior Director of IT Optimization will collaborate with leaders on other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of the Clinical Applications and associated IT systems. This role will work remotely and must have the skills to identify, communicate, and oversee the resolution of IT Imaging System issues to maximize the efficiency and benefit of the Radiology Partners IT team. This role requires a highly motivated team member dedicated to delivering value and exceptional personalized customer experiences.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team focused on optimization, client integrations, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that enhance clinical application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies.
• Collaborate across IT, Product Development, and Operations to align optimization goals and ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee system performance monitoring, risk mitigation, and optimization of IT infrastructure, software, and workflows.
