Parts Warehouse/Kubota Support

Position Summary:

This supportive role is responsible for time working in both the Kubota equipment and truck-side parts departments with equipment set-up and delivery, Kubota cleanliness and organization on the lot, shipping & receiving, and parts delivery.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities including the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Delivery and Customer Set-Up
  • Safely and in a timely manner transport equipment to customer and/or back to the store location
  • When delivering to customers, conduct equipment walk-around with the customer answering any questions about the equipment delivered
  • Pick-up and deliver Sales Department transfer units; this could include out-of-state transport
  • Pick-up and deliver equipment for service and repair
  • Ensure delivery vehicles and trailers are clean and in proper working order
  • Assist in the unloading/loading of equipment at the store, when available
• Equipment Yard Maintenance
  • Maintain the front and rear lots of the store, to always be clean and organized
  • Complete assigned training, as required, for product knowledge, transportation safety, and per company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and presentability of equipment to customers
• Parts Warehouse Support
  • Check incoming shipments from vendors and ship out parts through various shipping companies
  • Possess a positive attitude

  • Ensures that all products are received on the listed vendor packing slips
  • Ensures that part numbers on the parts match the parts numbers on the packing slips
  • Make delivery runs within local area, in a safe manner
  • Documents any error in deliveries
  • Ensures that all back-order parts are documented and filed
  • Ensures that all customer parts are stored in correct special-order bins
  • Ensures that all parts that need to be shipped are shipped out that day
  • Ensures that all stock inventory is put away in the correct bin locations before the end of the day
  • Ensures that all core returns are pulled and completed bi-weekly
