2. Planning Developmentally Appropriate Activities

• Activities should foster creativity, communication, social skills, and fine and gross motor skills.
  
  
• Include activities like storytelling, art projects, pretend play, sensory play, and outdoor exploration.
  
  
• Use a balance of structured and unstructured time to allow children the freedom to explore while maintaining order.
  
  

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
