Responsibilities:
SAP Data and System Management
- Master Data Management: Responsible for maintaining master data in SAP related to materials and suppliers.
- Data Cleaning: Conducting data cleaning in SAP, including closing non-active purchase orders and irrelevant material reservations.
- Security Stock and Lead-Time Revision: Revising security stock and material lead-time from a purchasing perspective.
- Supplier Evaluation: Implementing supplier evaluation processes within the purchasing department.
- SCM Support: Supporting the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team in effectively utilizing SAP for procurement.
Reporting
- Data analysis: data processing and analysis for required reports (weekly, monthly) and other ad hoc reports and presentations.
- Maintain and develop a reporting system for Supply Chain Management (SCM) using Power BI and SAP focusing on purchasing metrics and KPIs.
Process Standardization
- Standardization and Guidelines: Cooperation on standardizing SCM processes and creating clear guidelines for purchasing operations.
- Process Documentation: Revising and completing process documentation, focusing on purchasing activities.
- Value Stream Mapping: Cooperation on value stream mapping for processes in SCM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- SAP - at least 2 years of experience
- Advanced Excel & Power point usage (pivot tables, formulas, presentations)
- Analytical and process improvement mindset
- Ability to communicate across multiple departments and teams
- English at least B2 level, Czech at least C1 level
