Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities Include: 

• Receive product from trucks on a daily basis.

• Perform a wide range of warehouse functions.

• Sort and organize products.

• Test, assemble, pack, and ship.

• Work alongside management staff on inventory controls and management.

• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements to positively impact the customer’s experience.

• Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills. 

• Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed.

• Accountable for daily clean up and organization of warehouse. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. This includes sweeping, organizing shelves, removing debris, and ensuring clear pathways

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Scheduling: 

• Employee will be required to work 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday is the work schedule; however, Saturday hours may be required according to the needs of the business.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Can read and understand simple product instructions.

• Pro-active; problem-solving; detail oriented.

• Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)

• Speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in English is required

Target Base Salary: $16.00 per hour USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

• 1+ years of experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
