The Assistant Director/Graphics Operator’s primary focus will be to create, run, and operate livestream broadcasts. We’re looking for someone with a technical mindset and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and with an eye to detail. Your skills will be essential in the creation, execution, and maintenance of the livestream process. This is a fully on-site position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Image Operator
- Builds/preps graphic assets (full frame images and b-roll) and operates all livestream broadcasts.
- Takes cues from the director during live broadcasts, and works in tandem with the Xpression Operator.
- Moderates live chat.
- Rundown management in Shoflo/Airtable.
- Stay updated on Amazon Live trends, features, and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness and relevance of our live streaming efforts.
- Assistant Director
- Assists TD/Director with timing of all livestreams.
- Assists TD/Director with pre-pro prep before livestreams to ensure all graphics and other elements are present.
- This position my also be requested to support or operate tasks relating to:
- Xpression Operator, Assistant Director, PA, Studio Tech
- High school diploma required, plus 2+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced experience with OBS software is required.
- Experience in television, film or post production required.
- Experience in light edit work and/or associate producer roles is a plus.
- Experience with Xpression and Assistant Directing work is a plus.
- Must be a team player who is comfortable working with a large team across multiple departments.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle high stress environment with deadline pressures.
Compensation & Benefits:
