You’ll move quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment to support the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while working alongside your team to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience managing software development teams in both waterfall and agile environments

• 7+ years of experience managing teams performing enhancements to CPRS 

• Experience managing project portfolios consisting of employees and contractors

• Experience with salary management and reviewing and recommending salary increases

• Ability to manage budgets of at least $10M

• Ability to manage teams of 30+ people

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with project artifacts and documentation, including project plans, milestone charts, or project roadmaps

• Experience supporting Veterans Affairs or federal government

• Experience supporting healthcare IT

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
