How This Position Makes an Impact:
- Lead & Organize: Plan and execute on-site events and activities that bring the community together.
- Hire, train, schedule, team of staff to foster a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests
- Manage Operations: Oversee inventory, ordering, and compliance for all amenities areas.
- Provide excellent customer service, address resident concerns, ensure proper health and safety standards
- Drive Results: Handle budgeting, POS systems, and financial reporting to keep operations efficient.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and reported in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Events Committee to maintain a vibrant events calendar.
- Ensure that all activities and events are posted and coordinated to be clearly communicated to the community and it’s residents
Work Schedule:
- Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Days: Wednesday - Sunday, with weekend coverage required.
Position Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, amenities, or food & beverage operations.
- 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Florida Food Manager Certification & ServSafe Certification (required).
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems (Clover preferred).
