Sr. Systems Analyst

Overview

As Chick-fil-A continues to experience rapid business growth, our digital solutions will reduce complexity and unlock new capabilities to fuel Supply Chain Transformation. The outcomes will enable our partners to elevate the service our Operators, Team Members, and ultimately our guests receive every day. This role will serve as a liaison between Supply Chain and various teams within Digital Transformation and Technology to deliver solutions that fulfill business requirements for partner relationship management systems. The individual will be responsible for stewarding SaaS and/or internally developed digital solutions at various stages including solution selection, delivery, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts, as well as a propensity for collaboration and effective communication across multiple stakeholder groups within Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to supply chain in requirements gathering, software selection, implementation, and support activities.
• Translate and refine complex business requirements into technical specifications, considering how they integrate with other systems.
• Lead the troubleshooting, resolution, communication, and root cause analysis of high complexity issues.
• Regularly assist with upgrades, perform backups, identify customizations, and speak into the lifecycle of multiple systems.
• Work as part of a project team to deliver medium to large projects. May play a significant role in more than one project at a given time.
• Steward system health and performance through the development and execution of robust monitoring strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our systems remain best-in-class.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience working on multiple workstreams at once.
• Experience with system integrations.
• Experience with AWS, Postman, SQL, application monitoring tools.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Self-starter who completes responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to derive clarity from ambiguous business opportunities and needs.
• Proven technical and business acumen; experience with translating needs and requirements between engineering and functional partners.
