We are the market leader in advisory services to CFOs and related decision-makers and together we drive strategic transformations and development projects.</p><p>In this role you will, as part of our Business Finance team, work with enterprise performance management transformations from vision to implementation utilizing Anaplan.</p><p>Your responsibilities will be tailored to your level of experience and ambition and will include:</p><ul><li>Leading or supporting project deliveries as a project manager, functional specialist or technical specialist</li><li>Leading or supporting sales pursuits and marketing activities</li><li>Leading or supporting activities aimed at developing the skills of our colleagues</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>To succeed in this role, you have a strategic and analytical mindset, strong customer focus and experience from driving enterprise performance management transformations utilizing Anaplan. Understanding the customer’s situation, business and financial processes, end-to-end solutions, and organizational challenges is essential in this role.</p><p>We require that you have the below qualifications (exceptions may apply):</p><ul><li>Relevant project experience in Consulting within Finance</li><li>Functional knowledge of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes</li><li>Experience in designing and implementing planning, budgeting &amp; forecasting solutions using Anaplan or similar tools</li><li>Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams in projects or in line organization</li><li>Solid core consulting skills (advisory, strategy, presentation, problem solving, coordination)</li><li>Ability to work both individually and in a team</li><li>Strong problem solving and analytical skills</li><li>Professional level of English or Swedish in oral and written communication</li><li>Travel flexibility</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>We offer </strong></p><p>At Deloitte, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop throughout their career.
