Purchase Order Specialist (IT Equipment Lease)

<p>Your role &amp; responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Processing of Lease Purchase Requisitions (PR) to supplier </p> </li> <li> <p>Feedback Purchase Order (PO) information to IT internal approval process</p> </li> <li> <p>Invoicing plans and monitoring incoming invoices toward issued POs</p> </li> <li> <p>Regular payment processing, payment advice</p> </li> <li> <p>End of lease (return, extension, purchase)</p> </li> <li> <p>Updating and Reporting of accruals for Year-end closing</p> </li> <li> <p>Providing information on demand of auditors</p> </li> <li> <p>Create and maintain IT Supplier master data in SAP</p> </li> <li> <p>Asset Accounting Process</p> </li> <li> <p>Management / Monitoring of IT Lease contracts in terms of rental agreements, equipment plans, expiration, duration, validity</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your skills &amp; strengths:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in accounting, purchasing orders or lease management </li> <li>Bachelor's in economics, Accounting or similar </li> <li>Very good German language skills (B2) and communicative English (min.
