This position starts at $17.80/hr.

This facility operates six days a week and produces Corn Dogs.

This location is accepting rehires must wait a minimum of 90 days after last employment. If you have worked for Tyson more than three times you are no longer eligible to be employed at this facility.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for working in an environment that produces ready to eat corndogs.

• Packing corndogs
• Inspecting product
• Placing product onto conveyor belts
• Monitor labeling, wrapping, and code dates on boxes
• Perform repetitive movements
• Perform any other work as assigned by supervisor
• Perform general housekeeping duties in the department
• Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements

Must perform all positions of rotation, if applicable. May use SAP if transferred /rotated.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to perform basic math functions (adding, subtracting, fractions, etc.)
• Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
• Must be able to reach high and low levels, frequently
• Ability to flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently
• Must be able to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level up to 10 pounds frequently and ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to climb step ladders and or stairs
• Must be able to stand on hard surface for up to 10 hours per day
• Repetitive gripping, pinching, and counting
