About the role
StimLabs is seeking a Director of Corporate Accounts to lead the development & implementation of Market Access Hospital strategy, contracting and sales strategies with Key Health Systems (IDNs), and National & Regional Group Purchasing Organizations. This role is a unique opportunity to establish and cultivate relationships, including executive level, to generate increased demand and access for StimLabs products. This individual will work cross functionally with both internal and external teams from opportunity development, contracting, negotiating, and successful implementation.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate impactful Market Access Strategies through market analysis of key account customers, including customer needs, volume potential, pricing schedules, and discount rates.
- Develop overall value proposition positioning, and product specifications & needs.
- Establish and present the business case, incorporating product knowledge and market analysis to support strategies to develop opportunity, convert new customers, and maintain current contracts.
- Develop Executive relationships including C-Suite, Supply Chain, and Clinical Leadership to drive value for both customer and StimLabs.
- Negotiate, develop, execute, and implement renewing profitable contracts with IDNs & GPOs
- Lead cross functional internal communication & strategy for Hospital site of service business regarding all contracts, to drive compliance & market share with an emphasis on experience collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Sales along with other key internal partners.
- Communicate upstream market needs within the company, including pricing and new product development.
- Administrate contract documents, memberships lists, extensions, amendments, product changes, and value based add-ons, including communicating with internal implementation teams to drive success.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers to review mutually agreed upon goals, metrics, and best practices with the goal of high communication, customer satisfaction, and maximized value.
- Work directly with Sales AVP, ASM, and field sales to collaborate and align on new opportunities, understand market dynamics, and drive successful implementation of all agreements.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, marketing, finance, or related field. Masters Preferred
- 7+ Years experience in National Accounts, Marketing, Sales Management, Supply Chain, or Hospital Management
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Team Leadership & Management Experience 3+ years
- Negotiation experience with demonstrated success
- Ability to understand & communicate economic & clinical information
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
- Ability to learn & apply data for key accounts, strategic initiatives, & self-development
- Understanding of IDN & GPO processes and contracting
- Experience in Wound Care space, either on customer or supplier side
- Emotional Intelligence
- Highly Results Focused
- Ability to Communicate at a high-level
- Strong Presentation Skills
