International Flight Analyst

International Flight Analyst will be responsible for supporting the International Trip Planning team and the International Owner Service team. The International Flight Analyst will be responsible for reviewing all international trips for flight capabilities including but not limited to aircraft performance, customs and airport operating hours, global restrictions, among other factors that may impact international flight operations. The International Flight Analyst will work proactively and communicate regularly with various internal teams ensuring accurate information is being relayed for seamless operations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- United States based role supporting primarily Flexjet US.
- Review international trips for Flexjet US fleet and identity any contingency plans relating to nonstop capability, airport/customs hours of operation, and global events and restrictions
- Complete Mission Analysis requests pertaining to international trips
- Coordinate and collaborate with sales, owner services, and other internal teams as necessary
- Effectively communicate with necessary teams and personnel regarding capabilities of a specific trip ensuring all members have correct and up-to-date information
- Maintain record of completed work and update internal resources / documents as appropriate
- Report non-compliance observations for any potential safety, security, or quality issues
- Make rapid decisions concerning safety, regulations, and capability of operations
Education & Experience
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; 1-3 years of related experience preferably in an aviation/logistics environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
- Dispatch license preferred and/or,
- Flight training preferred
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with core job competencies including, but not limited to, international operations, aviation regulations, customs/immigration requirements and regulations, airport access coordination, handling services, weather trends, and ATC flow is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of aircraft capabilities and factors that impact flight operations including, but not limited to, weather, weight and balance, aircraft operating weights, and runway characteristics
- Knowledge of FARs regarding Part 91, 135, or 121 airline operations
- Firm knowledge and able to explain aviation-related charts, diagrams, and publications related to flight operations
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills with the ability to self-motivate, handle multiple tasks, meet established targets, and liaise effectively with clients, authorities, and internal teams.
