Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to enhance our B2B partner experience on our website and supporting systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to develop both experience and technical requirements. This role demands a professional who can align project stakeholders and manage requirements to optimize our partner interactions.

Requirements

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate sessions to gather and align requirements across various stakeholders to enhance the partner experience.
• Requirements Engineering: Convert business requirements into technical specifications and develop roadmaps for feature deployment.
• Testing and Documentation: Define test strategies and manage testing execution; document business processes, data flows, and user stories clearly and concisely.
• Project Collaboration: Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence to align project requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Strategic Analysis: Analyze and synthesize data into actionable items, contribute to business case creation, and ensure that architectural decisions are integrated into design.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in a business analyst role within the ecommerce industry, with a proven track record of handling medium to large initiatives.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Expertise in facilitating meetings and crafting clear, actionable documentation.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and business process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to understand and articulate both technical and business perspectives.
• Characteristics: Entrepreneurial spirit, innovative, accountable, leads with courage, and builds trusting relationships.
• Methodologies: Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic business needs into technical roadmaps and feature sets.
