Hybrid | Greater Philadelphia Area
Salary: $70,000–$77,000
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operational Buyer with a strong background in operational procurement and modern source to pay technology. This role is ideal for someone who is already leveraging tools such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, and Microsoft Copilot to drive efficiency, improve workflows, and support manufacturing operations.
The successful candidate will step in ready to contribute immediately and partner closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Own day to day procurement activities for direct and indirect materials
• Execute purchase orders, manage order confirmations, changes, and delivery expediting
• Utilize source to pay tools (Coupa preferred) to manage suppliers, spend, and workflows
• Apply AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support analytics, reporting, and process efficiency
• Align purchasing activities with production schedules and inventory requirements
• Monitor and manage supplier performance; drive corrective actions as needed
• Partner with Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate cost allocation
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and workflow optimization

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems and data driven decision making
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced operational setting
• Ready to contribute immediately in an experienced, hands on role

Highly Preferred Qualifications
• Hands on experience with Coupa (strongly preferred) or SAP Ariba
• Active use of Microsoft Copilot in a procurement or supply chain environment
• Experience designing, optimizing, or improving procurement workflows using AI or automation
• Familiarity with source to pay platforms, supplier portals, and spend analytics tools
• Forward thinking mindset around applying AI to operational procurement challenges
