This position offers hands-on experience in real estate acquisitions, audits, and complex financial operations — it’s never dull!
Pay: $22–$24/hour, based on experience


Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
• 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines


Responsibilities
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
• Prepare and post recurring journal entries
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Assist in real estate acquisition support — loan tracking, payments, and document prep
• Collaborate with finance and acquisitions teams
• May assist with market analysis or lender communications
