The project will focus on analyzing available in vitro, preclinical and clinical PK data and creating relevant mathematical models such as model based meta-analysis, viral dynamics modeling, population PK analysis and/or PKPD analysis to assess trends and translation. The relevant models and recommendations would be impactful in various aspects including lead compound selection, efficacy projection, long term safety consideration, updating our understanding of exposure-response, and selecting relevant partners for combination treatment for HIV.

As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Quantitative Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics, you will work with a collaborative team of scientists in quantitative pharmacology, discovery, and quantitative biology.
