Position Overview:
The Giving Program Administrator is responsible for the operational support and data management for Dutch Bros’ philanthropic initiatives. This role ensures all grant nominations and donations are processed and tracked efficiently and accurately, supporting the overall reporting and impact measurement for philanthropy programs.
This is a permanent part-time position and is eligible for remote work in any state Dutch Bros operates.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma, required.
Bachelor Degree or associates in business administration, administration, or related fields, preferred.
1 year - Experience in program administration, philanthropy, nonprofit operations, or corporate social responsibility (CSR)—especially roles involving grants, donations, or community giving.
2 years - Strong data management skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable, etc.), and the ability to organize, track, and report on program metrics.
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and systems on the job, with a self-motivated, resourceful, and growth-oriented mindset.
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and meet deadlines.
Skilled in cross-functional communication and collaboration, especially with internal teams, field operators, and external partners.
Familiarity with philanthropic platforms like Benevity is a plus, but not required.
Awareness of or willingness to learn about state-specific giving laws and compliance requirements.
Schedule Requirement:
This is a part-time position (29 hours/week) and is eligible for remote work in any state that Dutch Bros operates. Some flexibility in daily hours is possible, but candidates must be available during regular business hours.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Grant & Donation Processing:
Receive, review, and input all local grant nominations and donation requests into the appropriate systems, ensuring they meet Dutch Bros’ philanthropic guidelines.
Coordinate with operators and field teams to ensure accurate details for each nomination and donation request.
Track and update the grant nomination database, ensuring compliance with internal and legal guidelines.
Data Management & Reporting:
Manage data entry for all philanthropic initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of donations, grant nominations, and program outcomes.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on donation totals, program impact, and nonprofit engagement, supporting both internal and external communications.
Maintain accurate records for audits, compliance, and internal reviews.
Program Support & Compliance:
Assist the Community Giving Manager with ensuring all programs comply with applicable state-specific giving laws and regulations.
Support the development and maintenance of internal reporting systems to track program performance, including impact dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide administrative support for the development of BOD presentations and quarterly reviews.
Platform Management:
Manage donation systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and meeting the needs of the company.
Troubleshoot any issues related to the platform and collaborate with technical teams to implement improvements.
