Document Control and Data Specialist - Kennesaw, GA
Job Responsibilities:
responsible for managing controlled documents, change controls, and related processes in compliance with customer requirements, cGMP, and cGLP standards. They manage and execute change control workflows within Deerland’s systems, ensuring accurate records, proper approvals, and timely implementation. In addition, they promote employee engagement and compliance within Deerland’s training program.
Document Control Specialists also maintain and update data within Deerland’s software systems, including the Quality Management System (QMS) and ERP, ensuring changes are documented, approved, and traceable in accordance with regulatory and internal quality requirements.
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge and experience pertaining to cGMP standards
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience with technical writing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to work cross functionally with sales, marketing, customers, operations etc.
- Results driven, strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minimum – High School Diploma
- Preferred – Associate's Degree
- 2-3 years’ work experience preferably with cGMPs for dietary supplements

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$34,700.00 - $60,500.00
