Drive structured problem-solving with the technicians.</span></li><li><span>Continuously strive to improve efficiency of the equipment by standardising and optimising equipment setup, upgrading equipment to improve process capability where necessary.</span></li><li><span>Carry out frequent reviews of the preventative maintenance schedules to ensure that they are effective at mitigating equipment failure and improving uptime.</span></li><li><span>Work
